We came into contact with Teresa while we were in the initial stage of searching for a home. And while we cannot remember the exact order of occurrences that brought us in contact, what transpired after meeting her is nothing short of unbelievable.
Teresa met us as an agent, when she left we felt like we had known her for a very long time. To us, Teresa has redefined the term agent and never one during our home buying process did we feel like just clients; not once did we feel isolated or that she was interested in anything other than our best interest, on the contrary, we got a lady who took a deep personal interest in us and what we wanted. There were times when we could have settled for less than what we have now, and other agent would have stayed at that point, but Teresa kept going because she really got into what we wanted. There was a moment when we hesitated on making a decision on a home and lost it to someone else and we could feel her disappointment, not in losing a sale, but in us not getting that house. She persisted and in the end, she got us a beautiful home.
Buying a home was suppose to be a demanding, stressful, and difficult process (you hear it being said everywhere you go), but there were no sleepless nights; no stress; and she was always there for us. Teresa is exactly what an agent should be and what every agent should aspire to be. Her professionalism, dedication and passion for what she does and her sincerity and spirituality leads to nothing but sheer excellence and made her a phenomenal person to work with; and in our minds and hearts, nothing but the best.
