Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience we had with Teresa. She listened to what we were looking for and found listings to match. It was wonderful working with someone that listens to your wants and needs. She did not try to go to a higher price bracket, or have us change “our goals” and “have to have’s”.
When we settled on a development, she was very quick to respond with some possibilities. It ended up that after two days of searching we found the house we wanted to bid on. Teresa was very helpful in the bidding process and communication was very clear. She was able to help us out with the inspections, seeing that we are from out of state. She was with the inspector and gave us the results as soon as possible. She also helped us with contacts for all we needed to do before closing which was a short month.
Teresa went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and is a great person who we will refer to others, if they follow us to Ocala.
You are very lucky to have such a caring, skilled, professional realtor. We are so glad that we were referred to her.
We do not think we could of had a better home buying experience. Teresa added many personal touches to our experience and for that we are grateful.
